具有Windows平台操作能力、要求获得网络技术知识的人员均可报名参加MCSA/MCSE 2003教育培训。通过考试可获得MCSA/MCSE 2003国际认证证书，并能胜任系统/网络/技术支持工程师、系统/网络分析师、技术顾问等职位。
